THE MARS SYSTEM

MARS

In 2006 we have added the MARS system to our product range.

The MARS system is designed to automatically remove all types of metal from conveyor belts, whilst they are still moving. This increases the output of the mine, quarry, coal fired power plant etc. considerably, as production does not have to stop. It also means that you are protecting your expensive crushing equipment at the same time.

THE SYKYM® UNIT

SYKYM

Our first product, the SYKYM® Unit, is a tamper proof security device designed to prevent unnecessary guarding related accidents by denying workers access to moving machinery. Typical examples of the machinery fitted with the SYKYM® Unit are Motor Drive Units, Flywheels, Band Saws, Conveyor Belts, Grain Elevators and the guarded areas enclosing robotic equipment.

More recently, the SYKYM® Unit is being used in the food processing sector to deny access to sensitive areas such as the fill points where foodstuffs are packaged. This protects companies from having foreign objects introduced to their products, thus eliminating the need for expensive product recalls.

The SYKYM® Unit can be fitted in less than two minutes. Once in place it is practically impossible to remove with conventional tools. To date, the only SYKYM® Unit that has been removed without the matching 'key' was cut off under test conditions with an oxy-acetylene burning torch.
